My name is Charlie. I am a Qigong instructor and writer, and I also lead Mental Fitness workshops for a wide range of audiences.
For the past 15 years, I have immersed myself in philosophy, psychology, and mind–body practices aimed at improving the human condition.
With The Mind Forest project, my passion is to blend these disciplines to help others enhance their well-being and quality of life.
My approach is accessible, practical, and evidence-based. I am a BHQA-qualified Qigong Instructor, hold a BA in Philosophy from King’s College London, and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey.
